Hello everyone and welcome.

I just wanted to you a little about myself and what intermittent fasting dieting is all about.

I use to be in terrible shape. And when I was desperate and out of shape, I tried every fad diet out there, which did absolutely nothing for me. In fact, after trying several fad diets I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. Needless to say, fad diets never worked for me. So after that I was ready to give up hope and give up on losing weight. Then one day I read about intermittent fasting and everything change for me. It was like my world had been turned upside down. It was like nothing I had read about before so I gave it a shot and the results have been great. I have been able to lose over 25 pounds with intermittent fasting. Now controlling my diet is easy.

With that said, I started this blog to share my experiences with you since intermittent fasting has made that much of a difference in my life. So I hope you can learn from experiences and improve yourself as well by following intermittent fasting dieting.
